Bidder Requirement: Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the State of New Jersey Public School Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A. The withdrawal or modification to a Bid after the bid opening is not permitted. All bid security, except for the security of the three apparent lowest responsible Bidders shall, if requested, be returned after ten days from the opening of the bids, , Sundays, and holidays excepted, and the bids of such Bidders shall be considered as withdrawn. The Southampton Township Board of Education will return the remaining Bidders security in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-36(a). Project Description: The project consists of the construction of pre-kindergarten restrooms in existing classrooms at the Southampton School #2. The Work includes, but is not limited to, seamless resinous flooring, maintenance re-painting, acoustical panel ceilings, new wall partitions, and supporting mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
