Renovation of an educational facility in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
No bids will be received after the date and hour specified. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. Performance and Payment Bonds required. Workers Compensation and Employers Liability required. General Liability and Automobile Liability insurance required. Builders Risk Insurance Required. Nicholls State University is a participant in the Small Entrepreneurship (SE) Program (the Hudson Initiative) and the Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned (LaVet) Small Entrepreneurships Program.
