Owner Project Number: WASD Bid 2025.01 Wilmington Area School District will receive bids for its 2nd Floor Science Lab Renovation Project. Project Location: 350 Wood Street, New Wilmington, Pa. 16142 It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 4 Mechanical Construction Bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by InScale Architects, 1723 Liberty Street, Warren, Pa.16365. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to Wilmington Area School District, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, and included with the bid documents. Mechanical Construction: The undersigned Bidder, having carefully examined the Procurement and Contracting Requirements, Conditions of the Contract, Drawings, Specifications, and all subsequent Addenda, as prepared by InScale Architects, having visited the site, and being familiar with all conditions and requirements of the Work, hereby agrees to furnish all material, labor, equipment and services, including all scheduled allowances, necessary to complete the construction of the above-named project, according to the requirements of the Procurement and Contracting Documents Completion- August 15, 2025
