Question Acceptance Deadline - 2025/04/11 11:59:00 PM EDT 1 The Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) proposes to retain Architectural and Structural consultants to provide consulting services for various tasks on an as required basis. Consultants may be required to engage additional specialized disciplines on a task-by-task basis. 2 Work tasks include assisting with planning, onsite reviews and general troubleshooting, reviews of shop drawings, reviews of plans affecting TPA assets produced by external agencies and stakeholders and providing assistance as required. 3. Take note that the actual scope of work required on each task will vary and that this form is to facilitate the review of your prices and rates for services noted. The rates should be quoted for the year 2025, 2026 and 2027 (see Submission Form 4 Per Hour Rates). 4 The work required will be at various TPA facilities as required. 5 All design drawings must be provided to TPA both in PDF and AutoCAD format. When completed, all drawings and files developed under these conditions shall become the property of the Toronto Parking Authority, to be used in any way considered advantageous by the Authority without payment of any additional fees to the Consultant. The Consultant shall not release any information or material without the prior written approval of the Authority. 6 Prior to providing design services for any task, the Consultant will be required to submit a detailed budget breakdown of the required work to complete the individual specific task (See Attachment 1 Sample Contribution Matrix). All budgets must be reviewed and approved by TPA before any work is carried out. .7 The Consultant is to appoint an individual to administer the contract, prepare invoices, price and develop the scope of work for each individual task, at no extra cost to TPA. Preparation of workplans and detailed budget breakdown and time task matrix is to be prepared for each assignment. .8 Generally. copy of the relevant specifications and/or drawings for the task will be provided for reference for each task. It should be noted that in the event TPA is not satisfied with the level of design services being provided, TPA may terminate the Consulting services. Payment will be made for approved work up to the termination date. and will be deemed to be final settlement. 9 This contract is to have an upset limit of $2,000,000 for a maximum term length of 3-years the option to extend the contract at the end of the 3 year term. Unit rates to be updated if applicable at the end of the 3 year term. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
