Site work for a mixed-use development in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Porcupine Plain is requesting tenders to complete water main and service replacements on Swaan Street from 2nd Avenue to 3rd Avenue. The approximate length of 4" cast iron pipe to be removed is 140 meters, which is to be replaced with 6" PVC pipe. Water Line Replacement will consist of: Removing 4" cast iron water line and replacing with 6" PVC pipe. (Approximate length 140 meters) Service replacement to 11 properties. Installation of one additional curb stop at 2nd Avenue. Replacing curb stop on opposite side of 2nd Avenue. Replacing the fire hydrant at 2nd Avenue. 2 - 6" tees will also be required. The bidder agrees to provide all material, supplies, supervision, labour and equipment required to perform and complete all work in accordance with OHS standards. A brief description of work to be performed is requested. WCB Clearance and Proof of Liability Insurance required. The Town of Porcupine Plain reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
