The bid package should contain bid for each individual road as well as a bid for the entire project and scope of work to be completed. A 5 percent bid bond will be required from every contractor placing bid. Performance and payment bond will be required up on award of contract. Certificate of Insurance required upon award of the job. Woodruff County has the right to reject any and all bids. All should include a projected start date.
