Engineering Design and Construction Services for Willow Creek Contacts Bryant Gauthier Bryant.Gauthier@mt.gov Phone +1 406-444-6743 The DNRC is seeking SOQs from engineering firms to perform engineering design and construction management for rehabilitation of the Willow Creek Dam. The work will consist of reviewing the feasibility study completed by HDR for technical adequacy and recommended design components, preparing final design and construction documents, and providing construction management services. The goal of the rehabilitation is to increase dam safety and regional drought resilience by rehabilitating the dam and spillway. Rehabilitation would extend the useful life of the project for another 75 years. Objectives include replacing the spillway with a new concrete structure and buttressing the steep embankment. From the date this Request for proposal (RFQ) is issued until an award is made and announced by the procurement officer, bidders shall not communicate with any State staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of the procurement officer. Email is the preferred method of communication with the procurement officer. Unauthorized contact may disqualify the bidder from further consideration.
