This project is for the complete replacement of The TCNJ Gas Compressor at the Powerhouse. The new Copeland Gas Compressor Components will be purchased by TCNJ and delivered at the time of the scheduled installations. Those times shall be coordinated with TCNJ, the Contractor, and the Manufacturer. The General Contractor is responsible for the removal and replacement with complete turn-key tie-in to the existing infrastructure. The following shall be included, but not limited to by the bidders for this project: Removal and disposal of existing units including craning as needed, see drawings and specs Roof tie-in as needed, see drawings and specs Controls tie-in as needed, see drawings and specs Electrical tie-in as needed, see drawings and specs Gas tie-in as needed, see drawings and specs All other work as shown in the bidding / contract specifications and drawings A bid guarantee is required in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bid guarantee shall consist of a certified check or cashier's check to the order of The College of New Jersey, or an individual or annual bid bond issued by an insurance company or surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The successful bidder must submit a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract. A completed Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification must accompany the Performance and Payment Bond. 1.The Performance and Payment Bond form and a sample Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification form are included at the end of this Construction Bid Proposal Form. The project will be bid as a Single Lump Sum. No bidder may submit more than one bid.
