The Corporation of the City of Thorold ("City of Thorold") is seeking interested bidders to provide Cleaning Services at the following Municipal Buildings: Thorold City Hall 3540 Schmon Parkway Monday through Friday (5 days) Thorold Municipal Operation Centre (MOC) 1543 Beaverdams Road Monday through Friday (5 days) Lakeview Cemetery Admin Office and Staff Lunchroom 3651 Thorold Townline Road Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3 days)Admin Office 400 Staff Lunchroom The Thorold Museum and Cultural Centre Administrative Office (Museum Admin) 2 Carleton Street South 1 time per Week Thorold Development Services Operations (DSO) 8 Carleton Street South (Upper Floor) Monday through Friday (5 days/week) 50+ Senior's Centre 8 Carleton Street South (Main Floor) Monday through Friday (5 days/week) 50+ Senior's Centre Recreation Facility 8 Carleton Street South (Lower Floor) 1 Time per Week Thorold Fire Station #1 1600 McCleary Drive 1 Time per Week Thorold Fire Station #2 701 Allanburg Road - Fire Department Area 1 Time per Month Thorold Fire Station #2 701 Allanburg Road - EMS Occupied Area 1 Time per Week Thorold Fire Station #4 2189 Regional Road #20 (Highway 20) 1 Time per Month Lock 7 Viewing Centre 50 Chapel Street South Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3 days) Seasonal Only - Mid-May to Mid-October Thorold Public Library 14 Ormond Street North Monday through Saturday (6 days/week Mon-Thurs after 8pm. & Fri & Sat after 5pm) The Work is to be performed from the contract award date (anticipated to be June 1, 2025 ) for a period of of three (3) years, with an option in favour of The City of Thorold to extend the Contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) + one (1) year the Contract shall commence on June 1, 2025 and will terminate after a period of three (3) years from the date of commencement, ending May 31, 2028.
