The Work in this Contract shall include roadside mowing to control the growth of grasses, weeds, and brush along rural roadways within the City of Hamilton. The Successful Bidder will be responsible for maintaining all areas in the awarded section The Contract shall be awarded to the compliant Bids whose combination of Section Total Contract Prices provides the City with the lowest Total Contract Price, subject to the condition that no one Bidder can be awarded more than two sections of the Contract, with separate resources to be allocated to each Section to complete the Work as per the schedule. Section A - District West - Wards 12, 13, and 15 Section B - District South - Wards 11S, 12, and 14 Section C - District East - Wards 5, 9, 10, and 11E There is no bid security, performance security or labour and material payment security required for this Request for Tenders.
