**As of April 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Monarch Paving Company but the awarded amount is not available.** A general description of the work includes: all labor, tools, materials, equipment necessary for the following: 19,556 Square Yards - Mill Bituminous Surface 978 Tons - Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (2,B) 24 Each - Adjust Frame and Ring Casting (Remove & Reset) Site Directions: The following Streets of the Project include: o Harrison Street (W. 5th Street to Dead End) o Cleveland Street (W. 5th Street to Dead End) o Blaine Street (W. 5th Street to Dead End) o West 6th Street (Featherstone Rd. to Harrison St.) o West 7th Street (Cleveland St. to 1735 W. 7th St.) o Cannondale Road (T.H. 61 to End of Pavement) o Cannondale Court ( Cannondale Rd. to Cul-De-Sac) All project questions should be directed to Ryan Illa, Assistant Engineering Director 651-385-3628. All questions must be submitted by Tuesday, April 1 at 2:00 PM. Questions shall be addressed in written format and emailed to ryan.illa@ci.redwing.mn.us. If substantive questions are received, a response to questions will be released by the following day. Project. The Contractor for and in consideration for the payment or payments herein specified and by the City to be made, hereby covenants and agrees to furnish all materials, all necessary tools and equipment, and to do and perform all the work and labor necessary for construction of bituminous milling, bituminous pavement overlay, and other appurtenant construction on portions of Harrison Street, Cleveland Street, Blaine Street, West 6 th Street, West 7 th Street, Cannondale Road, and Cannondale Court (Project No. 156-MP-25-01S), all in strict conformity with the Plans and Specifications prepared therefore, and filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City. Said Plans and Specifications are hereby referred to and made a part of this contract as fully and to the same extent as if herein set forth in detail.
