Engineering - Engineer - Ball Fields The City of Cameron requests qualifications for preliminary engineering services, long range planning and subsequent engineering design services to assist in a proposed finalization of additional ball fields at our park at Old Somerville. The project will consist of evaluating our current landscape and then constructing one baseball field with a fence at 300' and a second field at 225'to the required engineering standards. This project will also include MSHSAA standards. This will involve preparing a PER, cost estimates, design, bidding, and oversight until the project is complete. Information provided to the City must include: The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm in respect of land excavating, fencing, bleachers, dugouts and canopy's. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within a reasonable time frame. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of cost, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules. References from pervious clients of related work with the firm within the past five years. The firm will be selected based on the above qualifications. Once the most qualified firm is selected, a cost for preliminary engineering will be negotiated separately from the cost for engineering design.
