The City of Brockville is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a new pavilion at Reynolds Park, located on the waterfront of the St. Lawrence River. The pavilion will be installed on a substructure extending over the shoreline armor stone erosion control protection. The property has been designated as contaminated by the Ministry of the Environment, and all work must adhere to the stipulations set forth for working in such conditions. The successful proponent must implement appropriate environmental protection measures to mitigate risks associated with construction activities on the site. The schedule for the work requires completion before December 31, 2025.
