This Contract is for various locations throughout the municipality. A Bid Bond made payable to the Corporation of the Town of Carleton Place in the amount of $100,000.00 shall be submitted electronically with your electronic tender submission. The project described within these documents is for the Town of Carleton Place. The Town of Carleton Place is administering this Contract for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of municipal storm sewer, sidewalks, curbs, and roads.. The Contract is for various locations (Townline Road, Ann Street, Brown Street, Bennett Street Duncan Street, Grant Street, Down Street, Dufferin Street and St. Paul Street) in the Town of Carleton Place). The Contractor shall meet all requirements of Section GC 6.03 of the OPSS MUNI General Conditions with $5,000,000 coverage.
