Sealed Qualifications-based Proposals for Professional Engineering Design Services in Response to Rfp Vvl-2026-0- 000, Los Lunas Boulevard Utility Extension. The Selected Consultant Will Design Buried Utilities Within the Los Lunas Boulevard Right-of-way From East of Edeal Road to Nm 47. This Project Will Connect Utilities Currently Under Construction as Part of Phase I of Los Lunas Boulevard, Which Extends From I-25 Across the Rio Grande to Edeal Road, and Will Provide Infrastructure Necessary to Support Future Phase Ii Roadway Improvements. Services Shall Include Study and Report Phase, Preliminary Design, and Final Design. This Project is Wholly or Partially Funded With United States Environmental Protection Agency (Epa) Funds and Must Comply With All Applicable Federal Requirements Contained in The Supplemental Conditions. Neither the United States Nor Its Departments, Agencies, or Employees Are Parties to This Solicitation or Any Resulting Contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
