Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in North Canton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and municipal facility.

The City of North Canton is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in the purchase and development of one or more of four property parcels with a combined area of 21.2 acres owned by the City and its North Canton Community Improvement Corporation (CIC): Stark County Parcels No. 9209052 (Orion St. NW); 10017004 (Stratavon Dr. NW); 9209050 (401 Stratavon Dr. NW); and 10002818 (Stratavon Dr. NW) in North Canton, Ohio. The City is open to to both commercial and residential development consistent with the Citys 2023 Master Plan and current zoning, which allows for a variety of multi-unit residential, office, retail, and commercial land uses.
