Participating school districts are as follows: Baldwin UFSD; Bellmore UFSD; Bellmore-Merrick CHSD; Bethpage UFSD; Carle Place UFSD; East Meadow UFSD; East Rockaway UFSD.; East Williston UFSD; Elmont UFSD; Floral Park -Bellerose UFSD; Freeport UFSD; Garden City UFSD; Glen Cove CSD; Great Neck UFSD; Hempstead UFSD; Herricks UFSD; Hewlett-Woodmere UFSD; Hicksville UFSD; Island Trees UFSD; Jericho UFSD; Levittown UFSD; Locust Valley CSD; Long Beach CSD; Lynbrook UFSD; Manhasset UFSD; Massapequa UFSD; Merrick UFSD; Mineola UFSD; New Hyde Park/Garden City Park UFSD;North Bellmore UFSD; North Merrick UFSD; North Shore CSD; Oceanside UFSD; Plainedge UFSD; Plainview-OldBethpage CSD; Port Washington UFSD; Rockville Centre UFSD; Roosevelt UFSD; Seaford UFSD; Syosset CSD; Uniondale UFSD; Valley Stream CHS; Valley Stream #13, Valley Stream #24; Valley Stream #30; Wantagh UFSD;West Hempstead UFSD, Westbury UFSD; (collectively referred to as the "Cooperative"). Bids for the term of July 1,2025 through June 30, 2026. Bids shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. Each Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept that bid which, in the Board of Education's judgment, is in the best interest of the School District. The Boards of Education further reserve the right to consider experience, service and reputation in the above-referenced fields. In addition, the Boards of Education reserve the right to consider the financial responsibility and specific qualifications, set forth in the bid specifications, of the prospective bidder in evaluation of the bids and award of the contracts.
