Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this RFP. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/28 02:00:00 PM NDT Project consists of upgrading an existing lift station in the Town of Deer Lake. The scope of the project includes assessment of the current system, the replacement of pumps, lift station controls and panels, a new chamber along with electrical and all associated work. This project aims to provide more reliable sewer services and to increase capacity to the residents of Deer Lake. The project must adhere to the Newfoundland and Labrador Climate Change Lens Part 2: Assessment and Integration of Resilience and Mitigation Measures document, and completion of the NL Climate Change Lens Part 2 form must be completed prior to any construction on this project. Proponents are advised that the final scope of work must be coordinated with the Owner and the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (TI). Consultant's work is limited to the identified project description and location as found in this RFP and NO WORK is authorized to be completed outside of this scope of work unless authorized by the Regional Office of MI.
