This project also includes one (1) Add Alternate. Add Alternate No. 1 involves rehabilitation of approximately 1,030 LF of existing 10" sanitary sewer by pipe bursting. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond in an amount of 100% of the total contract price. Upon consideration of the proposals the City Commission plans to award a Contract; however the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities and technicalities, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the owner.
