As of July 18, 2025, the project has been awarded to the following: RT Contracting for grading under Contract 25-02A in the amount of $535, 513.00 and WG Land Company for site work under Contract 25-02B in the amount of $892,376.00. STRAWBERRY HILLS OUTDOOR SOCCER COMPLEX CONTRACTS 25-02A(Grading), 25-02B(Site Improvements) Contract 25-02A includes site earthwork and grading. Contract 25-02B includes all site improvements. Please see the specific bid form for each contract. Contractors are invited to bid on one, or both contracts. Bids shall be properly and completely executed only on the bid form provided by the Township. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidder s bond, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid, made payable to Logan Township. Certified checks or bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned to them upon selection of the successful bidder. A Performance Bond, in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, will be required to be submitted by the successful bidder upon award of a contract, unless otherwise specified. Each bid, and bid bond or certified check, along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities and Non-Employment of Illegal Alien Labor, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and shall be securely sealed in an envelope and clearly marked STRAWBERRY HILLS OUTDOOR SOCCER COMPLEX CONTRACTS 25-02A, 25-02B (identify the contract(s) that apply). The Logan Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any technical defects or bidding irregularities, and to award the contract as may be deemed by the Board to be in the Township s best interest. The bid may be awarded at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Supervisors on May 22, 2025 at 6pm. No bidder may withdraw his bid until a period of forty-five (45) days following the date set for receiving bids. The Township reserves the right to hold any and all bids for a period of not more than forty-five (45) days, and all bids shall remain valid and in full force and effect during said period. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder provided, however, the Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids in part or in whole, and to waive any informalities.
