Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Secaucus, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes HMA milling & overlay, concrete milling and HMA overlay, concrete curb and gutter, replacement catch basins, reconstruction of concrete curb, sidewalk & driveways, installation of ADA curb ramps, removal of trees, and restoration. The Town of Secaucus reserves the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Town of Secaucus An original and two (2) copies of the proposal documents must be submitted to and be received by the Town, via mail or hand delivery, at the time and place stated in the Legal Notice to Bidders. Bid documents will not be accepted by facsimile transmission or email. Any and all documents submitted to this Bid Request not received by the Town by the time and date specified for receipt will be rejected. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Town of Secaucus in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. Any such bid bond shall be without endorsement or conditions.
