Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hooksett, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope of Work The resurfacing scope of work on the towns roadways contains any of the following items: full depth reclaim, milling of roadway, regrading crown of road, compacting sub base material, asphalt paving consisting of 2" base and 1" wearing course, raising or lowering of manhole frame and covers, raising or lowering of catch basin frame and covers, raising and lowering of valve box's, and asphalt curbing and swale work. All work to be done per NH DOT Specifications and details. See bid tabulation forms for specific items each roadway includes as base scope of work. There will be a contingency line item in each bid form in the event that any unforeseen conditions are encountered during the progress of the work. All coordination between utilities for the purposes of raising and lowering structures is the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor must notify Dig Safe and provide proof of notification to the Town prior to work beginning on any roadways. Contractor required to obtain all permits necessary from either the Town of Hooksett or NHDOT depending on the location of work detailed within the RFP.
