The Developers are seeking qualification packages from construction firms with experience in affordable multifamily housing developments for the redevelopment of historic Abraham Pierson School into up to 50 units of residential senior apartments funded by 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTCs) and Historic Tax Credits (HTCs). The goal is to commence construction in late 2025 or early 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
