Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Sechelt, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility.
Totem Lodge MHSU Renovation Project. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project has closed and a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and environmental consultants. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, RCDD, fire protection, door hardware and code consultant. Further update in late summer 2025 pending selection of a preferred proponent.
