Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.

Design, build, operate, and/or maintain the Decatur Township Government Center and Decatur Township Fire Department Station 71 Project. Questions regarding this RFPQ must be submitted in writing via email to Dale Davis, Decatur Township Owner's Technical Representative (Dale.Davis@envoycompanies.com). The Township may, in its sole discretion, respond to submitted questions. All responses to submitted questions, if provided, will be made available in written format to the bidders via email. Township currently contemplates that the Project will include: - Project site evaluation and development (Site Development) - Construction of a new fire station (approximately 30,000 square feet) and/or renovation of the existing Fire Station Number 71 or a combination thereof - Construction of a new Township Trustee's Fire Department's administrative office and/or renovation of the existing office or a combination thereof - Construction of new Township Trustee's offices and common spaces and/or renovation of the existing office or a combination thereof - Renovations and/or demolition of the current Fire Station and Trustee's office building. The Township may add or eliminate elements of the Project as the process continues in its sole discretion. The Township intends to construct the new fire station on a vacant real estate adjacent to the existing station before demolishing the current facility. This Project may require phased demolition of portions of the existing station during construction. To ensure uninterrupted emergency response operations, a temporary garage or apparatus bay may be required to house firefighting apparatus and equipment while construction is underway. PLEASE NOTE: This project is planned for design in 2025 and construction to begin in late 2025 or early 2026 depending on the developer's schedule. This will be a Public-Private Partnership.
