Wheatland County (the "County") is requesting proposals from professional janitorial firms (the "Proponents") to provide the necessary janitorial services required at the County Administration building, Ag Service Board building, and Public Works building. Except where indicated, all services are to be performed after 5:00pm weekdays, and any time on weekends. The proponent will be responsible for providing all janitorial services required as outlined in the daily duties. The Janitorial Firm will be responsible for supplying all equipment and the County will provide all cleaning supplies. Services will be billed monthly. The contract will be for a three (3) year term with an optional two (2) year extension.
