This contract includes maintenance, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, replacement and installation work performed on demand in support of the Utility and Energy Services Management.Facilities are managed by the Utilities and Energy Management Unit of the Facility Operations department, which reports to the Facility Management and Ancillary Services. The site is spread over two locations: Downtown Campus and Thermal Power Plant: The operations of the Downtown Montreal campus cover approximately 120 buildings, some of which are powered by Hydro-Québec’s street network and are not covered by the contract. The installations covered by the contract are supplied by 7 Hydro-Québec 25 kV lines:A loop of 3 lines at two different entry points on campus (50 buildings) A loop of 2 lines (7 buildings) A loop of 2 lines (16 buildings) The campus also includes a thermal power plant and a set of underground networks. Located partially on the Mont-Royal Heritage Site, it straddles the Ville-Marie and Plateau Mont-Royal boroughs. Macdonald Campus in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue: The operations of the Macdonald Campus, located in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, cover approximately 90 buildings dedicated to education and research, a farm, greenhouses, sports facilities, a thermal power plant and underground networks. Buildings served by Hydro-Québec’s street network are excluded from the contract.
