Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for the construction of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
The purpose of this project is to renovate Building 290 (B290) and Building 291 (B291) to support the 377th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) and enhance operational capabilities. The design/build team, including the General Contractor and subcontractors, will provide all necessary personnel and expertise to complete this turnkey effort. The design phase will involve licensed professionals producing analysis, estimates, schedules, drawings, and specifications. The build phase will include field verifications, labor, tools, equipment, permits, and licenses required to execute the construction in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The anticipated magnitude of this effort, as defined by FAR 36.204, is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
