Reference Number 0000289920 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/04 12:00:00 AM CDT Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for all that is required for the existing paint removal and repainting of various natural gas regulation station facility equipment and piping, at various locations within southern Manitoba. The Work includes all that is required for the supply of all labour including training, supervision, insurance, Workers' Compensation, tools and equipment (and its maintenance), transportation including mileage, fuel, oil, mobilization and de-mobilization to complete the following on Manitoba Hydro's natural gas regulation station facility equipment, indoor, outdoor and above grade to below grade transition piping: (a)Containment hoarding installation and protection (masking) of existing equipment in preparation for paint removal; (b)Existing paint removal, clean-up and disposal of removed material which may contain lead and/or possibly other hazardous materials; (d)Equipment protection (masking) in preparation for the re-painting of the equipment and piping; (e)Hazardous material abatement, remediation and disposal; (f)Repainting of equipment and piping; Removal of containment material and equipment protection (masking) and final building/site clean-up; (g)Environmental inspections for hazardous materials by a certified 3rd party and report submissions; and (h)Access to the site for environmental inspections and coating inspections. Note: Preparation and re-painting of the station bollards and man doors are not included in the scope of this project.
