The purpose of installing a new roof on the Bunkhouse is to replace the current damaged leaking one currently installed. Contractor shall provide a turn-key product including proper installation of all material and equipment per manufacturer's recommendations. Contractor shall provide a detailed cost and technical proposal which demonstrates unit priced labor and materials costs. The contractor shall work with the site personnel to ensure project is accomplished in a timely manner.
