The Services to be done, in general, consists of routine preventative maintenance, extraordinary maintenance, and additional maintenance of traffic signal systems, flashing beacons, and street lights for locations that are the City's responsibility in accordance with this Scope of Work. The successful proposer is to furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor services and material, and perform all Services necessary to maintain in a good and workmanlike manner traffic signal, flashing beacon, and street light at the locations shown in attached Exhibit A, "Traffic Signal Locations, "Exhibit B, "Flashing Stop Sign Locations," Exhibit C, "In-Pavement Flashing Cross Walk Locations," and Exhibit D, "Solar Speed Feedback Sign Locations", Exhibit E, "City-Owned Lights", Exhibit F, "Decorative Acorn Light Inventory", Exhibit G, "Covina Street Lights". The successful proposer shall provide a photo log and written inventory of all maintenance items. The various locations shown in Exhibit A, "Traffic Signal Locations, "Exhibit B, "Flashing Stop Sign Locations," Exhibit C, "In-Pavement Flashing Cross Walk Locations," and Exhibit D, "Solar Speed Feedback Sign Locations", Exhibit E, "City-Owned Lights", Exhibit F, "Decorative Acorn Light Inventory", Exhibit G, "Covina Street Lights" may change as provided for in this "Scope of Work".
