Description

Renovation of a conference / convention center in Brookings, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

The Dacotah Bank Center is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional services to upgrade the Dacotah Bank Center Bathrooms. The Dacotah Bank Center's bathrooms have components that have reached their end-of-life cycle. The arena opened in 2001, and the bathrooms are original to the building construction. We are seeking proposals to replace/ upgrade existing components. Ideally, the proposal will include a Summer or Fall 2025 installation date as this project is crucial to our winter event schedule.
