The project will be built on Metro owned property located on World Baptist Center Drive, Nashville, Tennessee. Metro reserves the right to issue additional rounds as it deems necessary for the purposes ofevaluation. Additional rounds may include, but not be limited to, Offeror interviews. Conceptually, the facility will be approximately 20,540 square feet on approximately 3.0 acres ofmostly greenfield land. The project will include 42 parking spaces including 2 handicap spaces The CMAR shall work with the A/E and Metro to advance the design for the project and to construct the approved design by the Substantial Completion date (To Be Determined). The CMAR shall engage in preconstruction efforts to perform constructability reviews ofthe design in a manner consistent with Metro's goals for the project (e.g., programmatic, budgetary, schedule and quality); to solicit competitive trade bids for the construction work and to develop an acceptable Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and corresponding scope and schedule for the work; and to implement the requisite construction and other work necessary. The CMAR shall provide a project ready for occupancy by JJC by the Substantial Completion date agreed with Metro. Target Value Yes, I understand and acknowledge the responsibilities ofthe CMAR. Type To provide all construction management services necessary to implement the goals ofthe project inclusive of, but not limited to, the following: budgeting, value engineering ("Value Engineering"), scheduling, project administration, management, and coordination ofsubcontractors. CMAR shall provide Value Engineering at each phase of design, ifrequired. The CMAR shall coordinate with all other Metro contractors involved in this project (LEED consultant, Commissioning authority, Test and Balance company, Owner's Representative,...etc.) as directed by Metro. To furnish and provide all materials, management, personnel, equipment, supervision, labor and other services necessary to complete the project. The Preconstruction Phase will start from the issuance ofthe notice to proceed through the execution of a Purchase Order (PO). CMAR shall utilize Metro's access to the Procore platform or CPMS enterprise established by Metro.
