The CMAR shall engage in preconstruction efforts to perform constructability reviews ofthe design in a manner consistent with Metro's goals for the project (e.g., programmatic, budgetary, schedule and quality); to solicit competitive trade bids for the construction work and to develop an acceptable Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and corresponding scope and schedule for the work; and to implement the requisite construction and other work necessary.
