The Work Under This Improvement Consists of Everything Necessary to Complete the Project The Following Forms Must Be Completed and Submitted as the Bid Package: Bf 1-1a Proposal Bond, Bf 2 Experience Statement, Bf 3 Time of Completion, Bf 4 Personal Property Tax Affidavit and Bf 5 Proposal Forms. State Prevailing Wage Applies to This State Funded Project. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or a Bid Bond in an Amount to 5% Ot Total Bid Tendered and Made Payable to the Westland Township Trustees, as a Guarantee That, if the Proposal is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into in Accordance Therewith, and the Check of Successful Bidder Will Be Returned Upon Proper Execution of Contract With Successful Bidder. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of His/her Total Bid, a Certificate of Insurance, and Workers Compensation Certificate. Please Mark All Envelopes 2025 Resurfacing Project. Only Odot Pre-qualified Contractors Are Eligible to Submit Bids for This Project. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Formalities or to Reject Any and All Bids.
