District - 7 Project Threshold : Project is greater than or equal to $500,000.00 (Technically Prequalified & Unlimited Audit required) Selection Method : Letter of Response and Oral Presentation Project Description : Transp Syst Mgmt & Operat Eng Analys & Minor Des- continuing Plain Language Description : The main purpose of this Contract is to provide services for the research of intersections and interchanges in District 7 that would benefit from an innovative treatment both operationally and safety wise. The Consultant will develop a method to identify locations, produce a study with recommendations and a well vetted constructable concept of the proposed improvement. The Consultant will have expert knowledge of the ICE forms and process. A minor portion of this project will provide support to the District 7 Transportation Systems Management and Operations Office activities and services. This project will cover TSM&O program development, freeway and arterial studies, ITS and Signalization design, ITS testing and integration, TMC operations support, and Traffic Incident Management program support.
