Renovation of an educational facility in Exeter, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project scope consists of the re-roofing of Roof Areas F, FA and H. This includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof systems, and the installation of a 2-Ply Modified Bitumen Asphalt-Free roof system throughout, complete with raised mechanical units and parapets to accommodate added insulation. Roofing contractors shall be a qualified installer under the Soprema P.A.Q.+S warranty system. Proof of qualification will be required before tender prices are opened. Bid Bonds are required to accompany the tender in the amounts of $25,000.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars) Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
