Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Parker, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of March 26, 2025, this project is expected to start in mid-May and complete in late summer 2025. The North Wayne Avenue Road & Sidewalk Reconstruction Project will include concrete sidewalk replacement; curb ramps; concrete inlets; waterline connection; asphalt pavement milling and overlay as well as tree and stump removal and restoration. Each proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of the City of Parker. No faxed Bids will be accepted. The City of Parker reserves the right to waive any informality and to accept or reject any and all bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening bids. Document note : All checks should be made payable to The EADS Group. Each deposit is non-refundable. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those persons whose name and address are on record at The EADS Group as having obtained the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 04/01/2025 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration
