Upgraded lighting will be installed to improve safety and aesthetics, and the landscaping will be refreshed to create a more inviting and vibrant space. Additionally, the project includes restorative maintenance of Parking Lot 4. The scope of work consists of milling and inlaying upon a successful proof roll assessment of the GAB, curb and gutter modifications, tree plantings, and lighting upgrades.
