The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District is soliciting proposals from responsive and responsible offerors to provide janitorial services. The Contractor shall provide the following services in order to provide comprehensive janitorial services: labor, supervision, materials, equipment, chemicals, supplies, and incidentals. Janitorial services shall be provided at the following locations on the District's property: 1. Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport Terminal; (2000 GSP Drive & Suite 1 Greer, SC 29651); 2. Parking Garage A; (1960 GSP Drive); 3. Parking Garage B; (1980 GSP Drive); 4. North Federal Inspection Station (North FIS); (3050 Tradeport Drive); 5. South Federal Inspection Station (South FIS); (2000 GSP Drive); 6. Greenville Spartanburg Airport District - Airport Facilities Administrative Offices Building and Shop Building. (1850 GSP Drive Buildings 1 & 2); and 7. Cerulean Aviation Commercial Fueling Office (1830 GSP Drive). The Contractor shall comply with the detailed requirements herein and shall do all the work provided for in this solicitation. The Contractor may also be requested to do additional and incidental tasks from time to time that may be required to provide services in a manner acceptable to the District. The initial term will be five (5) years. The contract shall have five (5) one (1) year renewal terms. Satisfactory performance shall be determined solely at the District's discretion and shall follow the terms and conditions stated in the solicitation.
