Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of May 06, 2025, the project was awarded to Friede & Associates but the awarded amount is not available.** The Project includes the following Work: Removals: excavation common and clearing and grubbing. Erosion Control: Erosion mat, silt fence, sediment logs, storm water swales, and erosion control maintenance. Site Improvements: Concrete sidewalk, ADA compliant splash pad concrete, dense grade base, open grade base, site amenities. Utilities: Storm sewer, storm structure. New water service New electrical connection to building and underground conduit Site and Turf Restoration: Site and turf restoration, plantings, general site clean-up and amenities installed. Proposed Schedule: tentatively award the work by April 28, 2025. Substantial project completion is desired for splash pad and fitness course by August 29, 2025, seeding, landscaping, and restoration by late September 2025. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Published by the authority of the City of Reedsburg.
