Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
** As of June 11, 2025, project was awarded to Gaver Industries Inc. dba Barker & Barker Paving, awarded amount is $ 236,999.00 ** Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of trees and brush, the removal, replacement and placement of new pavement, seal coating of existing pavement to remain, the relocation of an existing shed structure, the construction of a retaining wall with aluminum fencing, the construction of concrete sidewalk and curb, the addition of an access gate, installation of PVC drainage pipes, pavement markings, and all other associated work as more fully described in the Construction Drawings. Question Deadline 04/29/2025 at 4:30 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. North Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
