Bryan County is in southeast Georgia, on Interstate 95, just south of Savannah. Bryan County is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors to repair and resurface existing tennis and pickleball courts located at Timber Trail Park in Richmond Hill Georgia. The County may award the contract to the vendor demonstrating the most complete response and full compliance with the specifications and in accordance with procurement requirements set forth by the Federal Government. If services are not performed as bid, the vendor shall be liable for any damages or loss of funds associated with the failure. Proposals will be based on providing the County with a turnkey structure and shall be valid for 60 days. Contractors shall provide Bryan County with a quote to repair and resurface the existing tennis courts and pickleball courts at the Timber Trail Park in accordance to the specifications listed below: Existing Tennis Courts (2): o Size: 120-Feet x 110-Feet o Clear: Clean, scrape and pressure wash as necessary. o Repair: Clear and repair existing cracks. o Resurface: Resurface courts with three coats of Acrytech acrylic, two coats fortified with 80B silica sand and the final coat being a finish coat. o Colors: Match existing colors. o Lines: Paint all lines with two coats of textured line pain. o Net Post: Net post to be painted with two coats of paint. o Nets: New tennis court nets (2) to be provided and installed. Existing Pickle Courts (8): o Size: 122-Feet x 123-Feet o Clear: Clean, scrape and pressure wash as necessary. o Repair: Clear and repair existing cracks. o Resurface: Resurface courts with three coats of Acrytech acrylic, two coats fortified with 80B silica sand and the final coat being a finish coat. o Colors: Match existing colors. o Lines: Paint all lines with two coats of textured line pain. o Net Post: Net post to be painted with two coats of paint. o Nets: New pickleball nets (8) to be provided and installed. Convert Junior Tennis Courts (2) to Pickleball Courts (3): o Size: 70-Feet x 90-Feet o Clear: Clean, scrape and pressure wash as necessary. o Repair: Clear and repair existing cracks and fill holes from existing post (4). o New Post: Install new post (6) for new pickleball court layout. Pickleball courts will be turned 90 degrees from the existing tennis court layout. o Resurface: Resurface with one coat of black acrylic resurfacer, and three coats of Acrytech acrylic, two coats fortified with 80B silica sand and the final coat being a finish coat. o Colors: Match existing colors. o Lines: Paint all lines with two coats of textured line pain. o Net Post: Net post to be painted with two coats of paint. o Nets: New pickleball nets (3) to be provided and installed.
