Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in St Thomas, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade, 42-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Flourish, as Development Manager, is soliciting pre-qualifications on behalf of Indwell from General Contractors for Indwell's new development located at 20 Balaclava Street, St. Thomas. The project consists of a new 4-storey apartment building with 42 1-bedroom units above tenant common rooms, staff offices, and building services spaces. This is attached to an adaptive re-use of a 3-storey plus basement heritage school building with 36 bachelor and 1-bedroom units, totalling 78 supportive units. The principal architect on the project is Invizij Architects Inc. Estimated Pre-tender Construction Cost: $22M CDN (excl.
