The contract duration is 45 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The work includes but is not limited to labor, material and tools to inspect wood and concrete cross ties, inventory rail joints and identify missing fixations. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting All questions are due in writing to dbrown@septa.org by Tuesday, 1st April 2025, at 2 pm. Please be sure to include the bid number and title in the subject line of all correspondences. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids, as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA. Each bid submitted must remain firm for at least ninety (90) days from the date of the Bid Opening and may not be withdrawn in whole or in part during that time. Bidder hereby certifies that the bid price is held firm for that time and any extension thereof.
