Project Description: In general, the project consists of renovations to repurpose approximately 2,300sf of existing area into new training and fitness space. Work shall include, but not necessarily limited to, selective demolition; finish flooring; painting; ceilings; doors, frames, hardware; lighting; fire protection; heating, ventilation & air condition in accordance with the contract documents. additional doc acq note: Paducah Blueprint and Supply Ph: 270-441-6171 Email: web@padblue.com to expedite receipt of plans please email copies of all deposit checks. Deposit checks are required to receive bid documents for this job. See below for deposit information. DOCUMENTS: A. Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain after March 25, 2025 by contacting Paducah Blueprint, 999 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001. Documents will be provided to prime bidders/ sub-contractors/ suppliers; only complete sets of documents will be issued. After this fourteen day period no refunds will be made for Plans and Specifications returned. A maximum of two sets may be obtained by refundable deposit. Additional sets over two may be purchased for $400.00 with no refund. 2. Shipping: Additional shipping charges as determined by Paducah Blueprint will apply. (If shipping is required it'll be $25.00 non refundable)
