As of September 17, 2025, an architect has been awarded. On behalf of South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC), the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) (jointly referred to as Owner/DES) intends to issue an RFQ-RFP in April 2025 for the new NCAA Division One Soccer Field Project with Score Board, Concessions, Restrooms and Bleachers, located at the SPSCC Olympia Campus. The RFQ-RFP will be for the purposes of selecting from qualified Design-Build teams, which may include joint ventures, to design and construct the project. The Maximum allowable design and construction cost for the project is $3,500,000 -$5,000,000, the RFQ will provide the actual MADCC. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Refer to the DES website for amendments to the published public notice and/or RFQ. It is the responsibility of the interested firms to track and obtain amendments.
