Renovation of a mixed-use development in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Town is seeking to pre-qualify HVAC and Mechanical Equipment Replacement Contractors to bid on the Mechanical Asset replacement projects in the Town Buildings including CYFS and Newmarket library. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labour and equipment as required for the replacement/Upgrade of Mechanical equipment.
