Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Allis, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Pre-Qualification: Yes The work under this Contract consists of the reconstruction of both West Orchard Street and West Mineral Street as 7" concrete pavement, on a 5" dense graded base of crushed stone or crushed concrete; with concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, landscaping, storm sewer installation, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in these Special Provisions. W. Orchard Street from S. 60 th Street to S. 63 rd Street W. Mineral Street from S. 60 th Street to S. 64 th Street All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents are to be directed to the City Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by addenda mailed or deliveredtoallparties recordedby theEngineer ashaving received proposal forms. Questions received less than ten (10) days priorto the date foropeningofbids may not be answered.
