Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project will remediate existing pedestrian facilities into compliance with current disability access standard (ADA) at 24 access request sites. Depending on the site, includes: - Replace and/or install: - Sidewalks - AC pavement - Curb ramps - Driveways - Curb/curb & gutter Remove & Replace: - 4' diameter schedule 80 PVC pipe - Street signs - Street furniture Also: - Concrete pavement - Tree root/canopy pruning - Landscape replacement in kind - Utility box/vault adjustment - furnish/remove/install traffic signal, street lighting &water meter pull boxes - Relocate pedestrian push buttons EBE participation is 8% Requests for clarification of conflicts and omissions from the contract documents shall be addressed in writing to: David Nguyen Sidewalk Division 1149 S.
