Water improvements include work along Coburg Road to remove and replace the water meter in coordination with EWEB. 3.2. Remove and install new 4" backflow and above ground vault. 3.3. Install 4" C900 PVC DR 18 domestic water lines at identified locations with the park. 3.4. No work within the FEMA floodway is permitted except utility trenching as shown on the plans. Finished grades within the FEMA floodway must not differ from existing grades. No additional cut or fill is permitted. 3.5. Water improvements within the day-use area of the park to be completed first. 3.6. Conduct an in-field verification of the proposed pipe layout with park staff before excavation to allow for minor adjustments.
